Fun Alternatives for Displaying Your Photos

Amazing photos deserve an equally amazing display.  You always have to use a traditional frame to showcase them in your home.  Below is some inspiration for deciding how to display your favorite memories.

Contemporary

If your home décor is very contemporary, then you might want to consider canvas gallery wraps, image blocks or standout mounts to showcase your photos. Going frameless is also a great option if you’re looking for something truly sleek and modern.

Rustic or Chic

If rustic and chic is more your style, then why not turn old pieces of wood into stained photo clipboards.  You can use binder clips to hang the photos against the wood. Another unique option is to hang your photos on a thin cable.  This will make it look like a clothesline. Binder clips also work perfectly for this. You can also get barn wood frames that look very rustic and would fit right in with your taste.

Creative Type

If you’re the creative type and have some extra time on your hands then there is the option of creating frames out of washi tape. This way you can incorporate different colors and designs around your photos to really make your walls pop.

Five Reasons To Take Family Photos Every Year

Five Reasons To Take Family Photos Every Year

Family portraits are often put on the back burner due to busy schedules, but it’s important to take the time to have professional family photos taken every year. Not only do they create memories that will last a lifetime, but they also document growth and create a timeline of milestone ages and events. These photos aren’t just for yourself, but for future generations to look back on and cherish. You never know when the last chance for a family photo will be, and it’s important to take advantage of the time you have together now. Finally, high-quality photos created by professional photographers can be printed and displayed on your walls, used for holiday cards, and given as unique gifts for loved ones.
