On May 18, 2019, Sharon and Randy got married at Eagle Ridge Wedding in Gilroy. I somehow missed blogging a very special wedding for me. It’s special because Sharon is my daughter’s husband’s momma!
Sharon and Randy are so perfectly suited. They love the outdoors and everything to do with hunting. Their hashtag was #oliveira_huntisover. Sharon was in the military and loves all things American.
She knew she wanted a casual and country wedding. She had her dress designed with high in the front and low in the back. She, of course, would wear boots and so would the wedding party. I love how she chose floral dresses for the wedding party and the guys wore jeans, boots, and leather vests.
The decor was rustic from hay bails to shell casing boutonnieres. And the florals had a variety of colors and styles like you just pulled them up from a field. They had a naked cake that perfectly captured the decor and feel of the wedding.
A few favorite memories were Randy’s son signing during the ceremony and their choreographed first dance to “In Case You Didn’t Know” by Brett Young. Everyone had a blast and it was such a fun family filled party vibe!
